摘要
混合能力教学关注学生的个体差异,根据学生差异设计不同教学环节和任务的方式帮助他们在原有的学习能力基础上有所进步,同时使学生在学习中获得乐趣。混合能力教学对教师教学能力的要求很高,教师不但需要了解混合能力教学的概念,还要具备根据学生实际情况设计教学环节和任务的能力。因此,要想使混合能力教学达到预期的效果,教师实践教学能力的提高至关重要。
The concept of mixed-ability teaching emerged while more and more scholars are pioneering to change the score-based teaching mode. In mixed-ability teaching, teaching tasks are designed based on individual differences to help each student make possible progress and really enjoy learning. Therefore, teachers not only need to learn the concept of mixed-ability teaching, but also have to enhance the ability to design appropriate teaching cycles and tasks according to students' differences. The reinforcement of teachers' practical ability is highly valued in order to achieve an expected mixed-ability teaching effectiveness.
