三腔气囊尿管膀胱冲洗在经皮肾镜技术术后护理中的应用

目的评价三腔气囊尿管密闭式膀胱冲洗在经皮肾镜技术术后出血病人护理中的应用。方法回顾2011年20例经皮肾镜技术术后出血病人双腔气囊尿管在护理中应用,对比2012年20例经皮肾镜技术术后出血病人三腔气囊尿管密闭式膀胱冲在护理中的应用。结果双腔气囊尿管组中因血块堵管、多次间断膀胱冲洗、更换尿管几率高于三腔气囊尿管密闭式膀胱冲洗组。结论三腔气囊尿管密闭式膀胱冲洗在经皮肾镜技术中应用降低了术后因血块堵塞尿管引起的,更换尿管、间断膀胱冲洗,尿路感染,尿液返流。大大降低了护理工作强度,提高了护理工作质量,减少了因膀胱冲洗增加的尿路感染几率,减少了因频繁更换尿管造成的导管获得性尿道狭窄,增加了病人满意度。

Objective To evaluate the three cavity catheter closed bladder irrigation in percutaneous nephrolithotomy postoperative bleeding in patient care.Methods Retrospective in 2011 20 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy postoperative hemorrhage patients with double cavity balloon catheter application in nursing,application of contrast in 2012 20 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy postoperative hemorrhage three cavity catheter closed bladder flushing in nursing.Results The double cavity catheter group for clot plugging,several intermittent bladder irrigation,replacing catheter at higher than three cavity catheter closed bladder irrigation group.Conclusion Three cavity balloon catheter closed bladder irrigation in percutaneous nephrolithotomy using reduced postoperative blood clots blocking catheter induced,replacing catheter,intermittent irrigation of bladder,urinary tract infection,urinary reflux.Greatly reduce the intensity of nursing work,improve the quality of nursing work,reducing the irrigation of bladder urinary tract infection rate increased,reducing the frequent replacement of catheter catheter caused by acquired urethral stricture,increased patient satisfaction.
