水蛭提取液对大鼠上皮组织炎症的效果观察

目的研究水蛭提取液对实验性上皮组织炎症具有抗炎作用。方法对30只昆明小白鼠进行全层皮肤缺损处理,利用金黄色葡萄球菌建立皮肤炎症模型,以涂抹水蛭提取液为A组,涂抹红霉素为B组、涂抹凡士林为C组,分别记录相应药物涂抹前后的红肿的高度、面积,结痂的面积数值,将数值进行对比与统计学分析。结果水蛭提取液A组在红肿高度平均下降0.32mm,面积平均减小5.73 mm消炎程度方面与红霉素B组相比抗炎能相仿;A组与凡士林C组相互比较,A组抗炎效果明显(P<0.05),具有显著性差异。结论水蛭提取液对大鼠实验性上皮组织炎症具有抗炎作用。
