胰升糖素样肽-1与糖尿病治疗研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 胰升糖素样肽 1(GLP 1)是一种肠促胰岛素 ,它具有促进胰岛素分泌 ,抑制胰升糖素释放 ,抑制胃排空 ,增加 β细胞数量等作用。它还具有对葡萄糖依赖的降血糖作用 ,不会产生低血糖。还能使 2型糖尿病 (DM)病人的基础和葡萄糖刺激后 β细胞功能恢复到非DM水平 ,改善血脂水平。可能减少 1型DM病人外源胰岛素用量。对GLP 1及其类似物或其降解酶抑制剂药代动力学和药效学的进一步研究及远期疗效的进一步观察有助于GLP 1早日用于临床。
