摘要
Pd—Ni合金电镀液系氨—氯化物体系。镀液中由于使用了光亮剂和润湿剂,合金镀层白亮、镀层结晶细、孔隙少,耐磨损,抗腐蚀,有较低的接触电阻。镀液最佳pH=7.5～9,Ni浓度是7～11g/L保证镀层中Pd的含量为70～80％。
An electrolyte used to, plating Pd—Ni alloy is developed, which consisted of amino-chloric complexes of palladium-nickel. The deposit of Pd-Ni alloy from the plating bath with bright agent and wetting agent is bright, fine grain, and lower level of porosity, The deposit has lower contact resistance, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
