社区骨干护士核心能力现状的调查与分析 被引量:19

Investigation and analysis of the status quo of core competence of community backbone nurses

摘要 目的了解社区骨干护士核心能力现状,通过量化分析,为社区骨干护士核心能力的培养和提升提供有效而可靠的依据。方法采用整群方便抽样法,运用《中国注册护士核心能力量表》对165名取得社区护士执业资格的骨干护士进行问卷调查,比较不同年龄、工作年限、职称、教育程度的社区骨干护士核心能力测评总分及各维度得分之间的差异。结果社区骨干护士核心能力得分均值为(165.97±20.89)分,各维度得分从高到低排序为:伦理/法律实践、人际关系、专业发展、教育/咨询、评判性思维斛研、领导能力、临床护理。年龄组:31-40岁年龄组得分最高,达(168.09±20.90)分;工作年限组:20年以上工作年限组得分最高,达(167.78±19.72)分,与其他组比较差异具有统计学意义;职称组:副主任护师组得分最高,达(172.67±13.20)分,与其他组比较均差异具有统计学意义;学历组:大专组得分最高,达(166.63±20.81)分。其中,本科组在评判性思维厣衙维度上与其他组比较差异具有统计学意义。其他维度各组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论社区护理管理者应当根据社区护士的个体情况来进行岗位安排及专业发展培训,以提高社区骨干护士的核心能力,从而带动社区护理事业的发展。 Objective To understand the core competence of the community backbone nurses, to provide effective and reliable basis for training and enhancing core competence of the community backbone nurses. Methods By simple cluster sampling method and the use of "The Core Competence of Chinese Registered Nurse Scale", a questionnaire survey was conducted on 165 backbone nurses with community nurse practicing qualification. By analysis of ANOVA and LSD, the difference of general score of CIRN and score of every dimension among different age, different working years, different positions and different education degrees were compared. Results The average score of the core competence of community backbone nurses was (165.97±20.89). All dimensions from high to low order: ethical/legal practice, interpersonal relationship, professional development, education/counseling, critical thinking/scientific research, leadership ability, clinical nursing; Age group: 31 to 40 years old group earned the highest score (168.09±20.90); Working years group: group with above 20 working years earned the highest score (167.78±19.72), which compared with other age groups was of statistical difference. Professional title group:cochief nurse group earned the highest scores (172.67±13.20), which compared with other professional title groups was of statistical difference; Education degree group: associate degree group earned the highest score (166.63±20.81). Of which, bachelor degree group compared with other education degree groups in critical thinking/scientific research dimensions was of statistical difference. The other dimension of the comparison among groups was not significantly different. Conclusions Community nursing managers should carry out post arrangement and the professional development training according to individual situation of community nurses, to improve community backbone nurses core competencies, thus promote the development of community nursing career.
