离子色谱法同时测定污泥中的重金属离子

Simultaneous Determination of Heavy Metal Ions of Sludge by Ion Chromatography

研究了离子色谱法同时测定污泥浸出液中重金属离子的方法.采用IonPac CS5A阳离子分离柱,以草酸（MetPac）为淋洗液,紫外检测-离子色谱法分离测定污泥浸出液中常见的阳离子（Pb^2＋,Cu^2＋,Cd^2＋,Co^2＋,Zn^2＋,Ni^2＋）,方法检出限为0.023～0.357 mg/L,相对标准偏差（RSD,n=7）为1.62％～ 4.95％,加标回收率为93.9％ ～ 105.3％.该方法用于污泥中的重金属离子同时测定,具有很好的实用性.

The method for the simultaneous determination of heavy metal ions in leaching solution of sludge by ion chromatography is studied. The common inorganic cations （ Pb^2 ＋ , Cu^2＋, Cd^2＋ , Co^2＋, Zn^2＋ , Ni^2＋ ） are well separated by using IonPac CS5A cation exchange column with MetPac as eluent and UV detection. The detection limits of the common cations are 0. 023 - 0. 357 mg/L. The relative standard deviation and the recovery of standard addition are in the range of 1.62% -4.95% （n =7） and 93.9% - 105.3%, respectively. The proposed method is of high practicability in online determination of heavy metal ions.
