摘要
如果新建变电站中压或低压侧既无送出线路,也无无功设备,则无法安排继电保护相关试验。文章提出利用不同变比的变压器并列时产生的环流,进行保护向量测试,方法简单、易操作、预先可预算电流大小和方向,安排一次并列方式下,可以解决多套相关保护向量的测量,采用此法较好地解决了在主网输变电设备建设完成而中压或低压侧暂时无法提供负荷情况下输变电设备启动时,继电保护试验问题。
It would be impossible for the relaying test, if there is neither the output circuit nor the reactive equipment in the medium or low tension side of the new transformer station. This paper proposes using the circumfluence generated by different transformation ratio transformers arrangement in parallel, to have the test about the relaying vectors. The advantage of this method is simple and easy for operation. It also can forecast the size and direction of current. For arrangement in parallel once, it could complete the measure of a number of relaying vectors. It solves the problem about relaying test when the construction of the main grid equipments is finished but there is still no load in the medium and low tension side while transmission equipments start.
