摘要
通过回顾美国专业学位研究生教育的发展历程,分析了其在招生制度、培养模式、评价体系、职业资格认证与质量保障等方面的经验,结合当前我国专业学位研究生教育的现状,从改革招生选拔制度、厘清培养目标定位、优化课程结构体系、完善双导师制、建立评估机制五个方面对我国研究生教育改革提出了具体的建议。
Through a historical review on the developing process in the United States, the paper summarizes its experience in the of professional-degree of graduate education admission systems, training models, evalua- tion systems, professional qualification verification and quality assurance. By analyzing the current situation of professional-degree of graduate education in China, the paper tries to propose strategies and solutions in five specific fields reforming entrance selection system, mapping out the training-target orientation, optimizing the curriculum system, perfecting double-tutorial system, and establishing an evaluation mechanism.
