摘要
"思想道德修养与法律基础"全国统编2013年版新修订教材在章节结构的逻辑安排方面有重大突破,从道德与法律的相关理论知识落脚到大学生的道德和法律行为规范,在公共生活、职业生活、婚姻家庭生活、个人品德养成四大平台中,以道德规范与法律规范的有机结合为载体,强化课程"修养""素质"特质。依托新版教材,开展专题式教学,必须把握教材新特点,科学设计专题内容,避免出现道德和法律专题板块分割的误区。
The 2013 edition of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation has achieved a breakthrough in logical arrangement of the chapter structure, from theories of morals and laws to the ethical and legal norms of university students. It emphasizes the training and quality feature of the course, based on the combination of public life, professional life, marriage life and cultivation of personal morality. To turn monograph teaching into teaching system, we must design the content based on the new characteristics of the teach- ing material and avoid the misunderstandings of separating the moral and legal subjects.
