摘要
针对不同染病期疾病的大规模流行以及人与人接触方式的异质性,利用微分方程在复杂网络上建立了具有控制措施的传染病动力学模型.通过对模型进行动力学性态分析,得到了基本再生数的表达式.研究结果表明:对染病期有差异的疾病采取控制措施时,目标免疫的效果仍然优于一致免疫.数值模拟验证了所得结论的正确性.
Aimed at the large scale prevalence of epidemic with different infectious period and the het- erogeneity of relationships, differential equations are applied to propose epidemic spread and control models in complex networks. With the analysis of dynamical behavior, the expression of basic repro- duction numbers is obtained. The results show that targeted immunization has a better performance than uniform immunization, taking control of epidemics with different infectious period. The correct- ness of theoretical results is validated by numerical simulations.
