摘要
高压水射流技术可用于处理装填受热不软化或不熔融的高能炸药的弹体,对炸药和壳体的回收利用具有重要意义.分析了美国高压水射流倒药技术的原理和关键技术,设计制作了一套适用于国内弹体倒药的高压水射流倒药装置,开展了采用70 MPa和85 MPa的工作压力,分别对130 mm TNT装药弹体、122mm AⅨ-Ⅱ装药弹体进行了倒药对比试验.实验结果表明,不同类型装药有不同的门限破碎压力;喷射系统各参数的选择是影响倒药效率、效果和药水分离的关键因素.
High pressure water jet technology can be used to remove shell charges loading high explos- ive, which is no soften or molten after heated. This technology had great significance for recycling of explosive and shell. The principle and the key technology of American high pressure water jet technology to remove shell charges were analyzed. A high pressure water jet equipment was designed and manufactured which was suitable for remove shell charges made in our country. By means of contrast test for 70 MPa and 85 MPa of the water pressure, the shell loading with TNT whose diameter is 130 mm and AⅨ-Ⅱ whose diameter is 122mm were removed. The experimental results show that different explosive charge has the different threshold water pressure; selecting the injection system parameter is the key factor of removing efficiency, removing result, and explosive separation.
