摘要
近几年,尽管大学毕业生就业形势严峻,但建筑施工企业尤其是国有建筑施工企业人才流失十分严重,大学生就业难,而企业留人亦难。对国有建筑施工企业在人才队伍建设方面提出了建议。
In recent years, despite the severe employment situation of university graduates, the brain drain in construction enterprises especially the state-owned construction enterprise is very serious. The severe employment situation of university graduates goes with the fact that it is difficult for the enterprises to retain talent. This paper gives some suggestions in strengthening the talent team construction in the state-owned construction enterprises.
