中草药对热应激乌鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine Additives on Growth Performance and Blood Biochemical Index in Heat Stress of Silky Chickens

为了研究中草药对林间散养热应激乌鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响,选取120只80日龄健康、体质量相近的林间散养乌鸡随机分为4组,每组30只。I组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加1%、2%、5%中草药。试验期间记录每组采食量、体重。试验结束后,每个组随机取10只鸡,翅静脉采血,分离血清,进行血液生化指标分析。结果表明,日粮中添加中草药,可提高热应激乌鸡的体重、降低料重比和提高采食量,与对照组相比,体重显著性(P<0.05)提高;平均日增重差异极显著(P<0.01);料重比极显著下降(P<0.01);采食量有极显著的提高(P<0.01)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ组可提高热应激乌鸡血清中TP的含量,差异极显著(P<0.01)。Ⅱ组显著性提高TP含量(P<0.05),与对照组相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组ALB含量有极显著的提高(P<0.01),Ⅱ组ALB含量有显著差异(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清中AST、GR相比Ⅱ组与对照组有极显著性提高(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅳ组血清中ALP含量与Ⅲ组与对照组有极显著性提高(P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清中SOD值与Ⅱ组与对照组有极显著性下降(P<0.01);乌鸡血清中TC、TG、ALT含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。IgG血清中的含量随着中草药剂量的增加而增加,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),Ⅱ组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。日粮中添加中草药对热应激乌鸡生长性能具有一定的促进作用,并改善乌鸡的血液生化指标。

In order to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives of anti - stress on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of silky chickens scatter - fed in woodland. 120 silky chickens of 80 - day - old were randomly divided into 4 groups （30 chickens in each group）. The control group were fed with basal diet（ Ⅰ group）. The experiment Group （ Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳgroups）were fed with 1% ,2% ,5% Chinese herbal medicine added to basic diet, respectively. The feed intake and body weight of each group was recorded in experinment. The 10 blood serums were randomly collected by blood collection from wing veins for blood biochemical index analyses. The results showed that the Chinese herbal medicine additives increased body weight, decreased feed/egg ratio and improved feed intake with the condition of heat stress. The body weight gain had significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ,had extremely significant difference in averge daily gain （P 〈 0.01 ）, had extremely significant different decreaed in feed conversion rate （P 〈 0.01 ） and had extremly significant different increased in feed intake （P 〈0.01 ） ,comparing with contrl. The group Ⅲ and Ivhad extremely significantly increased TP content in serum of silky chickens （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and group Ⅱ had significantly increased TP content （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The group Ⅲ and Ⅳ had extremely significantly increased ALB content（P 〈 0.01 ）, and group Ⅱ had significantly increased ALB content （P 〈0.05） comparing with control. The group Ⅲ and Ⅳhad extremely significantly increased AST and GR content in serum comparing with control and group Ⅱ （P 〈0.01 ） ; The group Ⅱ and Ⅳhad extremely signif- icantly increased ALP content in serum comparing with control and group Ⅲ （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; The groupⅢ and Ⅳ had extremely significantly decreased SOD content in serum comparing with control and group Ⅱ （P 〈 0.01 ） ; The content of TC,TG,ALT in serum of silky chickens had not significantly defference（P 〉0.05）. The content of IgG was increased in serum with improving dose of chinese herbal medicine. Comparing the control, Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups had extremely significantly difference（P 〈0.01 ） ,groupⅡ had significantly difference with control. The conclusion was that the chinese herbal medicine added to basic diet had promotiw; effect on growth performance, and improved blood biochemical index in heat stress of silky chickens.
