皖东黄牛部分血液生理生化指标的测定

Determination of Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Wandong Cattle

测定皖东黄牛部分血液生理生化指标,为皖东黄牛研究、利用和开发提供基础实验数据。取成年皖东黄牛60头,公母各半,颈静脉取抗凝(肝素)与非抗凝血各一份,将抗凝血样放入血液自动化分析仪内测定生理指标;非抗凝血离心,血清采用全自动生化分析仪内测定生化指标。结果表明:皖东黄牛血红蛋白浓度、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均血小板体积低于参考值;白蛋白、钙含量略低于参考值,谷草转氨酶低于参考值,葡萄糖显著低于参考值,甘油三酯、尿酸未见参考值,填补空白。

To determine the portion of Wandong cattle blood physiological and biochemical indexes for Wandong cattle research, and to provide a basis for the use and development of the experimental data, this researoh takes 50 Wandong adult cattle, male and female half, jugular vein anticoagulant （heparin） and non -anticoagulant of the anticoagulated centrifugation, anticoagulated trifu~ blood into the blood automat analyzer measuring physiological indicators; non -anticoagulant serum biochemistry using automatic biochemical analyzer measured and non - anticoagulant of the blood into the blood automat analyzer measuring physiological indicators ; non - anticoagulant cen- serum using automatic biochemical analyzer biochemical parameters measured within. The results showed that： Wandong cattle hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemo- globin, mean platelet volume are lower than the reference value; albumin, calcium content slightly lower than the reference value, below the reference value of aspartate aminotransferase, glucose is significantly below the reference value, triglycerides, uric acid, no reference values, fill in the blanks.
