以需求导向的应用型高校模块化教学方法研究——以工商管理专业人才培养为例

Research on the Teaching Method of Applied College Programme Modules Based-on-demands ——Case Study on the Programme of Industry and Business Administration Major

随着社会经济的发展,社会对应用型高等人才的需求增加,而人才需求市场与应用型高校毕业生间的差异存在。本文以工商管理专业为例分析了现行人才培养过程与市场需求脱节,导致就业需求与毕业生质量间的差异,提出借鉴德国模块化教学改革经验,以模块教学为基础设计真正的"专业+能力素质"教学结构,同时需加强软硬件条件建设。

with the development of social and economy , the social demand for advanced applied talents is increas- ing, but there are differences between demand of talent market and application college graduates. In the paper, In- dustry and business administration major is taken as an example to analyze the gap between the the current per- sonnel traing and the talent demand, and it lead to the differences between work availability and graduates quail- ty. The thesis borrowed modular educational reform experience from Germany, and designed the real structure of ＂major ＋ professional competency＂ which is based on modular education, moreover which ens and deepens the construction of software and hardware conditions. teaching strength-
