摘要
当前中职毕业生职业精神严重缺失已引起社会广泛关注。建设具有职业特色的中职校园文化对学生职业精神的培养具有重要的作用。本文从校园物质文化、精神文化、行为文化三个方面,就如何促进学生职业精神培养作了探讨。
The serious lack of professional spirit of graduates in secondary vocational schools aroused wide con- cern. The construction of campus culture with secondary vocational schools＇ characteristics has an important role in cultivating professional spirit. How to promote students＇ professional spirit cultivating is discussed in this arti- cle from material culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture in secondary vocational schools.
