美好乡村建设是新农村建设的延续和发展,但是由于政府的公共财政投入有限,社会投入不足,农民和集体经济资金短缺,金融融资力度小,造成了美好乡村建设的资金困局。因此,在美好乡村建设中必须从满足农村基础设施建设需求、农民改善生活环境的需求、农村经济发展的需求以及农村文化、医疗、教育等需求出发,研究资金的筹措渠道,管好用好有限的农村建设资金,破解资金困局。

Beautiful rural construction is a continuation and development of new rural construction, but due to the government＇s Public Finance Investment Co. , insufficient investment from society, the farmers and the collec- tive economy have shortage of funds, and financial strength small, resulting in good rural construction fund pre- dicament. Therefore, the development of rural economy in the beautiful rural construction must improve the liv- ing environment to meet the needs of rural infrastructure construction, the farmers＇ demand, the demand and ru- ral culture, health, education and so on, the financing channel, make good use of limited rural construction funds, so as to resolve financial difficulties.
