It helps to understand College Teachers＇ professional ability better by giving them an accurate evaluation. The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the establishment of College Teachers＇professional quality evaluation system model,and the transformation from quality to quantity evaluation make the evaluation more accurate,comprehensive,scientific and impartial. The method,practically verified,has some application value on the evaluation of College Teachers＇ professional ability.
