纯银自然时效的软化特性 被引量:17

摘要 研究了纯度为99.99%(A_1)和99.9%(A_2)银材的时效软化行为,讨论影响银材时效软化速率的诸多因素。实验指出在90天的时效周期内,只有当ε=0~99%在0℃或者当ε≤40%在20~50℃条件下A_1和A_2的机械性能相对稳定。银材的时效软化是由于其内部结构产生再结晶组织所致。 The behavious of aged softeniag for Ag 99.99% (A_1) and Ag 99.9% (A_2) were studied. The factors that have influence on the rate of age softening for silver materials, such as purity, compression ratio, temperature, and aging time, were discussed. The experimental results indicated that only A_1 and A_2 silver materials with ε=40% and aged at 20~50℃ for 90 days and with ε=0~99% and aged at 0℃ for 90 days have relatively stable mechanical properties. The age softening of silver materials was caused by the recrystallized structure.
