摘要 报道了新显色剂DBSDAA(2,6-二溴-4-氨磺酰基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯)与Pd(Ⅱ)的显色反应。研究表明,在Triton X-100的存在下,于pH10.0的Na_2CO_3—NaHCO_3介质中,该试剂与Pd(Ⅱ)可生成稳定的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于530nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.15×10~5。Pd(Ⅱ)量在0~12μg/25ml符合比尔定律。 A sensitive and selective spectrophotometry method for the determination of palladium is based on the reaction of palladium with cited reagent to form a stable red complex, which is found in the presence of Triton X-100 and at pH 10.0. Its molar absorptivity is 1.15×10~5 at 530 nm. The molar ratio of palladium to the reagent is 1:2. Beer' s law is obeyed within 0~12μg Pd(II) per 25 ml. The method has been used to determine palladium in catalysts with satisfactory results.
