摘要
朱集西煤矿为皖北煤电公司首个千米深井,其井底车场及相关开拓大巷埋深985m,受高地应力、构造应力、围岩岩性及施工等因素影响,巷道底鼓、顶沉、两帮收敛现象严重,围岩裂隙萌生及扩展较为迅速;通过"支控"一体考虑,优先从设计源头入手,优化控制巷道层位,并及时运用"浅孔注浆"、"U型棚+注浆"、"组合锚索+深浅孔注浆"等进行联合补强支护,巷道围岩治理取得了较好的效果。
Zhujixi Coal mine of Wanbei Coal &Electricity Company first km deep well,the bottom and the relevant development alleys buried depth of 985m,by high in -situ stress,tectonic stress,surrounding rock lithology and construction factors,such as,top heavy,two of floor heave of roadway convergence phenomenon is serious,the surrounding rock fracture initiation and propagation is more quickly;By "supporting control"an organic whole to consider,first,from the perspective of the design source,roadway horizon optimal control,and timely use of "shallow hole grouting","U shed and grouting","combination of anchor cable + depth hole grouting"for joint reinforcing supporting,such as the governance of roadway surrounding rock has obtained the good effect.
