松软突出煤层顺层钻孔预抽瓦斯中存在的钻孔施工困难和瓦斯抽放浓度偏低等关键问题,大众煤矿通过选择合适的钻机具、钻孔施工技术、工艺和改进钻孔布置方式等,提高了顺层孔的施工深度、成孔率、孔径和钻进效率,不仅解决了突出煤层采煤工作面顺层预抽中存在"空白区"的难题,还提高了单孔抽放量;通过改进顺层抽放孔封孔工艺,提高了封孔质量和瓦斯抽放浓度。
