摘要
EBZ-135是适用于煤及半煤岩巷的悬臂式掘进机,其截割头的转矩和功率是通过行星减速器传递的,因此受行星减速器性能、体积等各方面的影响。本文通过分析发现其行星减速器安全系数比较大,所选模数偏大,可以进行优化。EBZ-135原齿轮模数为8,计算后分析后改为5.5,径向尺寸缩小了5%,冲动冲击也可以大大减小,提高平稳性的同时方便安装和维修。
EBZ -135 is a kind of longitudinal axis boomed excavator,which used to driving the coal and semi -coal rock.The torque and power of the cutting head are transmitted by the motor through planetary reducer.The planetary reducer,whose performance,structural and size is an important mechanism of the EBZ -135.The paper found the planetary reducer of the EBZ -135 with high security factor,but the gear module is larger,it is necessary to optimize its structure.Compared with the original structure,the optimized structure has the following characters:decreasing gear module from 8 to 5.5,reducing radial dimension by 5%,decreasing transmission impact,convenient to manufacture.
