摘要 基于人员定位系统开发的矿井辅助运输信息系统,能够实现井下机(矿)车的动态、实时定位监测,定位准确,车辆快速查找;统计、准确及时;最大限度地为"人""车""路"的合理搭配提供有利的依据;并结合煤矿内部模式,可实现多部门联合作业,方便各部门操作;手续简单化,达到省时提效的目的;能体现完善责任、落实责任、追究责任的管理理念,杜绝运输过程中延误、丢失、减少事故的发生;为运输部门之间提供一个透明的管理平台;是对矿井生产调度指挥系统的有效补充和完善。 Based on the personnel positioning system of the mine auxiliary transportation information system development,can realize down -hole machine (mine)car dynamic,real -time monitoring,and combined with coal internal model,for coal mine management requires special development,could realize the department joint operation, convenient in operation departments;The purpose of procedure simplification can save time effect;The whole process is closely linked,can reflect perfect responsibility,carry out the responsibility,accountability,management concept,put an end to the transport process of delay,loss,reduce the happening of the accident;The vehicle quickly find, positioning accuracy;Statistical perfect,accurate and timely;Maximum limit for "people " and "car" "road"reasonable collocation to provide favorable basis;For transportation departments provide a transparent management platform;and is an effective supplement to the mine production scheduling command system and perfect.
