The Development of Foreign Language Audio-visual Resources in the Cultivation of Practical and Creative Ability

外语声像信息资源是实践与创新能力训练的前提之一。现代技术的发展为外语教育提出新的要求:用现代技术优化信息资源、开发新的信息资源、提升信息资源服务水平等。针对目前外语声像信息资源利用和建设状况,拟从声像信息资源的再次开发建设和科学管理对策等方面予以探讨。

Foreign language resources of audio-visual information is one of the main conditions to improve the practical and creative ability. With the development of modem technology, the new requirement is made in front of the education of foreign language：to optimize the foreign language resources with modern technology, to explore the new resources, to improve the serving standard, etc. Considering the present situation of the utilization and construction, the paper aims at researching the strategies on reusing or constructing and scientific managing the resources.
