Students' Comprehensive Quality Cultivation by Entering Mechanical Innovation Design Competition

机械创新设计大赛是全国大学生重要科技竞赛活动,作为指导教师,通过对指导学生参赛的组织实施过程的体会,阐述了机械创新设计大赛在培养大学生团队合作意识、创新设计能力、理论联系实际的学风、工程实践素质、工程实践训练等综合素质方面的重要作用。

Mechanical Innovation Design Competition is an important scientific and technological competition for national undergraduates. This paper elaborates the important role of Mechanical Innovation Design Competition in cultivating comprehensive qualities of teamwork awareness, creative design ability, academic atmosphere of integrating theory with practice, engineering practice quality and engineering practice training through combining with the experience of the author during organizing and conducting students taking part in the competition as a tutor.
