摘要
构建适应卓越工程师培养目标的教学质量保障体系是提升工科院校教学质量的重要手段。教学评价应结合学校标准建立灵活的教学评价指标体系,提倡评价主体多元化,选择适当评价时机,及时反馈评价结果,有效利用评价结果,规范评价过程,鼓励教师将典型的评价建议收录到教师成长档案袋中。
Establishing the teaching quality assurance system to meet the training objectives of outstanding engineers evaluation standards is an important means of improving the teaching quality in colleges of Engineering.
