本文通过对资产评估教材软件实现的需求进行了简单分析。首先,对目前资产评估专业实验系统分析,确定了系统数据库的设计,说明为什么最终决定采用B/S架构的原因。在详细介绍了研究的技术路线、开发平台及相关技术的选择,资产评估方法和评估对象分析以及资产评估在线实验系统功能分析。介绍了研究方向在开发中遇到的问题和难点。

This paper analyzes briefly the demand for the realization of teaching materials software for the course ＂Asset Evaluation＂. First,this paper analyzes the current teaching and experimental system for this course, decides the design of system database, explains the reasons for adopting to B/S frame. Then this paper introduces the technical route of research, platform development and relevant technology options, analyzes the asset evaluation methods ,the evaluation target and the function of the online experimental system for the course ＂Asset Evaluation＂, introduces the problems and difficult points in study.
