培养创新型人才是高等教育改革和发展的目标,也是高校人才培养的重要任务,但高校培养创新型人才面临的困难是以规范化、标准化的前期教育以及望子成龙家庭教育等社会环境下成长的学生为对象如何培养出具有创新思维和能力的人才。创新型人才的培养只靠高校是不够的,需要从幼儿教育到高等中学教育以及家庭教育等前期全社会教育环境的立体式改革,才能够达到培养创新型人才的目标。

Cultivating innovative talents is the aim of higher education reform and development. It is also an im- portant task of talents training in higher education. However,the dilemma of cultivating innovative talents in higher education is how to cultivate talents grown up in the social cation as well as the family education of holding high hope environment with standardized and normalized early edu- for one＇s child, with innovative thoughts and ability. It is not enough to only depend on higher education to cultivate innovative talents. It needs vertical reform of the overall society education environment from infant education to high school education and family education, In order to a- chieve the goal of Cultivating Innovative Talents.
