不同梯度MILKYLAC对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

摘要 本试验旨在评价不同梯度MILKYLAC在断奶仔猪中替代蛋白乳清粉的使用效果。试验选用192头体重为8.96±1.76kg的健康杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,按体重和性别完全随机分为8组,每组6个重复,每个重复(圈)4头猪(公母分开饲养)。8个处理分别为:(1)正对照组(PC):添加乳清粉(前期和后期分别为15%和7.5%);(2)负对照组(NC):玉米豆粕基础日粮(不合乳制品);(3)MILKYLAC组:前(后)期日粮分别添加5%(2.5%),10%(5%),15%(7.5%)和20%(10%)MILKYLAC;(4)酸化剂组:10%(5%)MILKYLAC组日粮基础上添加3或4g/k酸化剂。试验共35天,分两阶段饲养,分别于第0,1,3和5周准确称量每圈猪体重并记录饲料的摄入量,同时每天进行腹泻评分。结果表明:与负对照组相比,正对照组仔猪各个阶段仔猪平均日增重(averagedailygain,ADG)显著(P〈0.05)提高,饲料转化率(feedconversionratio,FCR)显著(P〈0.05)改善,同时全期平均日采食量(averagedailygain,ADFI)显著提高。在试验后期和全期,随着日粮MILKYLAC添加比例增加,仔猪ADG线性增加(P〈0.05),FCR线性改善(P〈0.05)。饲料添加酸化剂显著(P〈0.05)改善仔猪全期FCR,但对ADG和ADFI无显著影响。与正对照组相比,日粮中添加15%MILKYLAC有降低日增重成本的趋势(P=0.09),而酸化剂组则显著(P〈0.05)降低日增重成本。断奶后第2周,仔猪腹泻评分和腹泻率随着日粮MILKYLAC添加比例增加而线性增加(P〈0.05),第4周有增加的趋势。结论:日粮中添加MILKYLAC改善保育仔猪(断奶2~5周)生长性能,而对断奶后第一周仔猪生长性能无显著影响,同时日粮添加酸化剂显著改善断奶仔猪FCR。 Abstract: This study was aimed at evaluating the effect of using MILKYLAC as dried whey replacer on weaned pigs. A total of 192 healthy piglets ( Duroc × Landrace × Large white, 8.96±1.76kg) were randomly divided into 8 treatments based on body weight and gender. Each treatment had 6 replicate pens (3 barrow pens and 3 gilt pens) with 4 piglets per pen. The posi- tive control (PC) diet was formulated to be adequate in all nutrients, which contained 15% and7.5% dried whey in pre - starter and starter diet respectively. The negative control (NC) diet was corn - soybean meal diet ( no dried whey). Experiment diet 3 to 6 consisted of NC diet with 5 % (2.5 % ), 10% (5 % ), 15 % (7.5 % ) and 20% ( 10% ) MILKYLAC in pre - starter (starter) period. In addition, diet 7 and diet 8 consisted of 3 or 4 g/kg Megacid in 10% (5%)MILKYLAC experiment diet. The experiment lasted for 35 days and separated into two stages. Weight and feed intake were measured at week 0,1,3 and 5. Meanwhile, diarrhea was scored daily. The re- sult showed that pigs fed with PC diet had a greater( P 〈0.05) average daily gain (ADG) and a higher (P 〈0.05 ) feed conversion ratio (FCR) than pigs fed with NC diet during all stages while a greater average daily feed intake (ADFI) was also observed. During week 2 to.3, week 4 to 5 and week 1 to 5 ,there were linear increases in ADG(P 〈0.05) and linear decreases in FCR (P 〈 0.05) with increasing ration of MILKYLAC. Megacid supplementation improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) FCR while had no significant influence on ADG and ADFI. Compared with PC diet, diet supple- mented with 15% MILKYLAC tend to (P = 0.09) reduce daily gain cost; while diet supplemen- ted with Megacid significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) reduced daily gain cost. During the second week after weaning, there were linear decreases in fecal score and diarrhea incidence with increasing ration of MILKYLAC, while a decreased tendency was observed during week 4. Conclusion:MILKYLAC supplementation improved growth performance of nursery pigs (2 N 5 week after weaning), but had no obvious effect on piglets during the first week after weaning. Megacid supplementation im- proved FCR of weaned piglets significantly.
