大学生自主发展无论是对其个人，还是对社会都具有重要意义。高校应倡导培养可持续发展、全面发展的人才培养理念，构建健全的大学生发展指导体系，遵循学生成长成才的客观规律，构筑科学合理的教育平台，培养大学生自主发展能力，引导、促进大学生自主发展。

Students＇ independent development is of important meaning not only to themselves but al- so to our society. The college should initiate the education idea of sustainable development,construct perfect system of student＇s development, abide by students growing up objective law, construct scientific reasonable cultivating stage, train students＇ independent development ability and promote students＇ independent development.
