摘要
由于企业对员工培训的功能定位不准,员工主动接受培训意识不强,配套机制不完善等原因,许多企业的员工培训效果不佳。为此,企业决策层应重视员工培训工作,完善机制,构建学习型组织,同时激发员工参加培训的热情,优化培训内容,完善培训软硬件资源,使培训效果不断提升。
Because of the reasons of incorrect position of enterprises training function, staff's weak conscious of initiatively acceptance of training and imperfect corresponding system, the enterprises staff training effect is not good in many cases. So, the leaders of enterprises should pay more attention to staff training, improve training system, construct study organization, promote staff's learning enthusiasm, optimize training contents, and perfect training hard and soft resources in order to enhance training defect.
