间苯三酚治疗先兆早产合并肾绞痛的临床观察

The study for the treatment of premature combined nephric colic with pholroglcinolon

目的:观察间苯三酚注射液治疗妊娠期先兆早产合并肾绞痛的疗效。方法:将90例先兆早产合并肾绞痛患者随机分为观察组(A组)和两个对照组(B组、C组),A组用间苯三酚治疗,B组用山莨菪碱治疗,C组用硫酸镁治疗。结果:A组、B组、C组疼痛缓解有效率分别为93%、70%、57%,三组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率分别为16%、53%、67%(P<0.01),三组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:间苯三酚治疗妊娠期先兆早产合并肾绞痛效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the most effective with pholroglcinolon on the gestational nephric colic. Methods Total 90 women with gestational nephric colic were randomized to A,B,C ,three group and pholroglcinolon treatment groud were treated with A,the groud B trea- ted with anisodamine,the groud C treted with magnesium sulfate. Results The effective rate in the groud A was 93% ,in the groud B was 70% and in the groud C was 57%. The advese effect rate is 16%, 53 % ,67% （P 〈 0.01 ） ,the three groups showed significant differ- ences. Conclusion Pholroglcinolon is best selection in the treatment of gestational nephric colic among the non - antichlinergic medicine , and worthy of extending.
