摘要
聚合物银浆有如下特点:1.选用本所研制的、具有优良物性的片状银粉;2.用改性PHD-5树脂,使浆料具有良好的机械性能及较宽的固化温度范围,可根据需要选择。该浆料方阻8.0～13.0mΩ/□,线分辨率0.15mm,附着力良好,可锡焊及硅铝丝超声焊。浆料已在触摸开关上应用,使用寿命1000万次,此外还在其他电子元件上试用。
A new conductive polymer—silver paste is investigated, which consists of①silver powder in leaf shape with good physical properties; ②modified PHD-5 rosin used to improve the mechanical properties of the silver paste and to widen the solidification temperature. This silver paste can be welded by tin brazing or silicon-aluminum wire ultrasonic bonding with resistance 8.0 to 13.0m and line resolution 0.15mm. It has been used for stwich and other electric elements.
