Design of the Public Service System of Earthquake Emergency Shelters

综合运用计算机技术、地理信息系统技术,在天地图·福建提供的丰富地理信息服务基础上,集成地震应急专题数据,基于SOA架构,开发了基于空间位置的地震应急避难场所PC端服务和手机端服务,为政府部门综合应急管理和公众地震应急避难提供服务。

Based on the rich geographic information services provided by MapWorld Fujian, making comprehensive use of computer technology, geographic information system technology, and integrated earthquake emergency thematic data, the author developed location based earthquake emergency services on PC-side and mobile-side using SOA architecture, which could supply services for government department emergency management and public earthquake emergency shelter.
