Dynamic Simulation of Offshore Wave Based on Geometric Model and Particle System

摘要 对近海海浪的绘制进行了研究,提出了一种近海海浪动态仿真的方法。改造现有Fourier模型构建海浪行进的不规则水波,利用贝塞尔曲线绘制海浪的翻卷,粒子系统绘制拍岸浪,模拟海浪的破碎,并通过碰撞检测技术检测水陆交界线来确定海浪产生的位置,从而实现海浪波动、翻卷、破碎及拍岸等真实感较强的三维动态仿真效果。 A real-time modeling and rendering offshore wave based on geometric model and particle system method was proposed.This method modeled the irregular waves by reconstructing Fourier model, rendered the roll waves using Bezier curve, and modeled the surf and simulate the broken waves by particle system,and got the position of the waves using collision detection technology. Finally, this method realized 3D dynamic simulation of offshore wave scenes including advection, rolling and breaking waves, waves striking a bank etc.
