摘要
就武汉市开发利用地下空间土地涉及到土地权属方面的法律法规问题进行了分析和评价;根据国内外的一些做法和已经颁布的《武汉市地下空间土地权属利用管理办法》,提出了应以新技术创造性地做好地下空间土地的测绘等建议。
In this paper, laws and regulations problems of the development and utilization of underground space in Wuhan were analyzed and evaluated. According to the domestic and foreign practices and promulgated Wuhan City Underground Space Land Use Management Practices, this paper put forward some recommendations such as creatively surveying and mapping underground space land based on the new technology and so on.
