区域服务业竞争优势评价指标体系与模型构建研究——以黑龙江省为例的实证与检验

区域服务业竞争优势是区域要素的比较优势的集成,其大多来自于有利的资源条件、相关支持要素、产业组织结构与产业政策引导等因素。在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,从区域角度研究服务业竞争优势,构建区域服务业竞争优势评价指标体系,建立模糊综合评价模型,利用产业经济学等相关理论对黑龙江省服务业区域竞争优势进行综合评价,提出提升竞争优势的路径与方向,为制定区域服务业发展战略提供理论依据。

The competitive advantage of regional service industry is the integration of regional comparative advantage elements; the competitive advantage of regional service industry comes mostly from the resources and environment, related and supporting industries, the industrial organization structure and industrial policy guidance and other factors favorable. On the analysis of existing research literature, construct the evaluation index system of the competitive advantage of regional service industry, establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, using industry economics theory, taking a comprehensive evaluation on service industry of Heilongjiang province regional competitive advantage, and puts forward the path and direction of competitive advantage, provide a theoretical basis for the development strategy of the service industry.
