仇富型网络群体性事件的成因及其治理

Causes of Internet Group Events Arising from Hatred of the Rich and their Management Strategy

近年来,仇富型网络群体性事件不断出现,每每成为社会关注的焦点。其生成原因主要在于:贫富分化的社会现实、相对剥夺的民众心理、网络媒体的支持促动、富人群体的不当言行。应当采取以下对策进行治理:调节收入差距,缩小贫富分化;培育富者文化,改善富人形象;强化制度约束,惩处为富不仁;及时公正回应,快速化解矛盾。

In recent years,Internet group events that arise from hatred of the rich keep arising,which often become the fo-cus of people’s attention.The causes of this kind of phenomena lie in the existent polarization between the rich and the poor, the relatively weak psychology of the public,the demagoguery of Internet media and the inappropriate behaviors of the rich. The following countermeasures should be taken to administrate these events：regulating income so as to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor;cultivating the culture of the rich so as to improve their image;consolidating the restraining force of the regulations so as to punish the heartless rich;fairly responding in time so as to resolve contradictions as soon as possible.
