摘要
客运专线梁场作为四场一地中的首要大型临时工程,具有规模大、任务重、组织困难、投入成本高等特点,对桥梁结构物比例高的客运专线影响重大。本文结合已建成通车的哈大铁路客运专线31个梁场的各项现场数据,从线路沿线的地形地貌、水文地质、交通运输、地材资源、社会经济、箱梁预制周期、制梁台座空置率等方面对客运专线梁场设置方案进行综合性分析,为其他铁路建设中更为科学、经济、合理地设置梁场提供参考。
The girder manufacturing field on passenger-dedicated railway features large scale, heavy workload, difficulties in organization and huge investment input. It is one of the most important temporary project among the so-called "four fields and one base" and it exerts great impact to the passenger- dedicated hines,in particular those with relative high-proportioned bridge structure. The paper conducts integrated analysis on the arrangement of the girder manufacturing fields, taken into consideration the geological conditions, hydrological environment, transport situation, material and resources, social and economic influence, the prefabrication cycle for the box girder and the vacancy rate for the girder-casting beds. A total of 31 girder fields along the in-operation Harbin-Dalian passenger-dedicated railway have been used as an example with all the in-situ index and data being processed, for the arrival of better arrangement scheme that is scientifically and economically equitable.
