试论嘉兴接轨上海自贸区的机遇与挑战

Research on the Opportunities and Challenges after Jiaxing's Linking up to Shanghai FTA

上海自贸区的设立,有利于嘉兴破除思维定势,推动制度创新,进一步助推嘉兴经济的转型升级,深化与优化经济开放度。但嘉兴在与上海自贸区的对接中还存在着制度衔接差距、配套区域建设不足、产业发展鸿沟明显等问题,必须加强自贸区配套区建设,实现空间链上的对接;加快企业国际化步伐,实现企业链上的对接;加强产业转型引导,实现产业链上的对接。

The establishment of Shanghai FTA is conducive to Jiaxing＇ s eradicating its fixed mindset, promoting institutional innovation, further boosting the transformation and upgrade of Jiaxing economy, and deepening and optimizing the economic openness. However, there still exist some problems in Jiaxing＇s linking up to Shanghai FTA, such as the gap in system convergence, lack of supporting regional construction, obvious industrial development chasm, etc. Therefore, we must strengthen the construction of FTA supporting areas to realize the docking in space chain, aceelerate the internationalization of enterprises to realize the docking in corporate chain, and strengthen the industrial restructuring guidance to realize the docking in industrial chain.
