新颖的林业生态经济模式的探索及其效果——以上海市崇明县前卫村为例

Exploration and Effects of New Forestry Ecological Economy Pattern ——Taking Qianwei Village,Chongming County of Shanghai as an Example

上海市崇明县前卫村在实践中探索出了一种新颖的林业生态经济发展模式。其主要经验是:见缝插绿,优化生态环境;坚持以新型可再生能源为动力,低碳发展;坚持"三R"原则,实行林业与农业资源循环利用;建立林业生态经济科技孵化园区,为林业生态经济持续发展提供强大动力;积极运用先进适用工艺技术,推进林业生态经济技术进步;大力发展林下经济,深度开发生态林业经济。

Abstract： Qianwei Village, Chongming County of Shanghai has explored a new forestry ecological economy development pattern in practice, and the main experience is as below： Planting trees actively wherever is possible to optimize the ecological environment; insisting on the low--carbon development and developing new renewable energy as the driving force; insisting on ＂Three R＂ principle to implement recycling and utilization of forestry and agricultural resources; establishing scientific and technological incubation park of forestry eco--economy to provide powerful force for the sustainable development of the forestry eco--economy; using advanced and applicable technologies to promote the progress of forestry eco--economy technologies; developing under--forest economy to exploit the forestry eco--economy.
