嘉兴市本级经济发展探析

Analysis of the Economic Development of Jiaxing City

利用市区与辖县(市)人均GDP之比和中心性指数两个分析工具,通过横向和纵向比较分析了嘉兴市本级经济发展状况,得出嘉兴市本级没有突出的经济中心地位、集聚效应较弱的结果。认为应该加强市本级规划力度,扩大城市规模;强化市本级城市功能,提升资源配置能力;弱化"发展阴影区"的影响,有效发挥区域优势;协调市本级与辖县共同发展,实现区域经济一体化;调整市本级财政供养体系,合理配置发展资金。

This paper makes transverse and longitudinal comparison for Jiaxing central city economic development status by using the average GDP ratio of central city to counties and the centrality index. It is concluded that Jiaxing City has no significant economic central status and lacks agglomeration effect. The paper gives some suggestions on how to increase the competitiveness of central city such as strengthening the central city＇s planning, enlarging city scale, enforcing urban function, promoting the resource allocation capability, weakening the influence of urban development shadow area, coordinating the common development between central city and counties, adjusting the financial support system and distributing development funds properly.
