"勤善和美"的价值观,有其丰厚的道德意蕴,与市民道德素质提升之间有着本质、必然的联系。以"勤善和美"的价值观引领市民道德素质提升是弘扬"勤善和美"价值观、建设精神富有嘉兴的应有之意,也是推进城市道德建设持续健康发展的必然要求。因此,要实施"勤善和美"价值观分层教育,开启市民道德价值理性;加强对"勤善和美"价值观的舆论宣传,增强市民的道德认同意识;培养和发掘"勤善和美"的典型,激发市民向善潮流;深入开展群众性"勤善和美"道德实践活动,增强市民的道德情感体验;营造"勤善和美"的道德环境,提高市民的道德行为自觉能力。

The values of ＂diligence, kindness, harmony and beauty＂ have rich moral implications. There is essential and inevitable link between the values and the promotion of Jaxing citizens＇ moral quality. It is the necessary content in carrying forward the values and constructing spiritual rich Jiaxing, and it is also an inevitable requirement to promote the sustained and healthy development of city moral construction. Therefore, we should implement stratified education of the values of ＂diligence,kindness, harmony and beauty＂ to edify the public moral value rationality, strengthen the propaganda of the values of ＂diligence, kindness, harmony and beauty＂ to enhance citizens＇ moral identity, increase the excavation intensity of various folk models of ＂diligence, kindness, harmony and beauty＂ to stimulate a kindnessoriented trend; conduct mass moral practice of ＂diligence, kindness, harmony and beauty＂ to enhance the public＇s moral and emotional experience, and create a good moral environment of ＂diligence, kindness, harmony and beauty＂ to improve the citizens＂ ability of moral consciousness.
