摘要
针对国内在热镀锌锅壁板检测方面的空白,设计了相应的检测系统。检测系统基于上位机与PLC之间的串口通讯,能够快速精确的完成对热镀锌锅壁板腐蚀情况的数据采集,并能够对检测数据进行分析校准,最终生成输出腐蚀报表及腐蚀曲面形貌。实验表明,检测系统安全可靠、方便快捷,并且有较高的精度,能够胜任现场检测的任务。
In the hot-dip galvanizing pot for the domestic gaps siding detection, design the corresponding de- tection system. Detection system, based on serial communication between PC and PLC, can quickly and ac- curately complete the task of data acquisition, collecting corrosion on the hot-dip galvanizing pot wall, and, can analyze and calibrate the detector data, at last, output the corrosion statements and surface morphology of corrosion. Experiments show that the detection system safe, reliable, convenient, and has high accuracy, capable of field testing tasks.
