摘要 在分析了产品后生命周期发展现状和面临问题的基础上,提出了基于云制造理念与技术的资源循环、数据整合的产品后生命周期云制造服务平台。重点阐述了平台的服务模式,分析了平台的工作流程。采用Apache服务器、PHP编程语言以及MySQL数据库来实现了产品后生命周期云平台的搭建,说明了数据库的具体实现方法,并简单介绍了平台页面的构建。最后通过对槽式太阳能热发电钢结构支架使用过程出现的问题,应用云平台进行了产品改造,验证了产品后生命周期云制造服务平台的有效性。 After analyzing the development status and problems faced of product life cycle, the product life cycle cloud manufacturing services platform of resource recycling and data integration based on the cloud manufacturing concepts and techniques has been proposed. Focuses on the platform service model, and the workflow of the platform has been analyzed. The Apache server, PHP programming language and MySQL database have been used to achieve setting up the product life cycle cloud platform structures, the database specific implementation methods have been indicated and a brief introduction of build the page of the plat- form has been given. Finally, through trough solar thermal power generation steel stent problems during use, cloud platform has been applicated in products reform, the effectiveness of the product life cycle cloud manufacturing service platform has been verified.
