由“现实需求”到“司法回应”——欠发达农村地区调解法官模式研究

From Real Needs to Judicial Response: Research on the Mediation Judge Mode in Less Developed Rural Areas

随着我国经济社会的飞速发展,农村地区的各类矛盾纠纷持续递增,影响了地方经济社会的和谐稳定。作为人民法院在农村地区的派驻机构,人民法庭承担着化解矛盾纠纷的重任。组建起一支与农村地区社会特点相适应的法官队伍,不仅是农村民众的共同现实需求,更是人民法院理应做出的司法回应。选取了S省D县人民法院作为分析样本,就欠发达农村地区调解法官模式的建构路径加以探究。

With the rapid economic and social development of our country, all kinds of contradictions and disputes in rural areas are growing, affecting social stability. The people＇s tribunal, as an agency of the People ~ s Court, undertakes the task of resolving conflicts and disputes. Establishing a group of judges adapt to the rural society is not only the common realistic demand of the rural people, but also the judicial response the People＇s Court should make. This paper selects the People＇s Court of County D, Province S as the analysis sample and explores the construction mode of mediation judges in less developed rural areas.
