GreenSeeker在春小麦氮素营养诊断中的初步应用

摘要 在滴灌条件下以新春6号为研究材料,通过田间小区试验,设置4个施氮量处理(0、225、300、375 kg/hm2),利用GreenSeeker(手持式光谱仪)测定春小麦归一化植被指数(NDVI值)并与叶绿素、叶片氮含量相比较。试验结果表明,在拔节期,NDVI值可以很好的预测叶绿素、叶片氮含量,滴灌春小麦的氮素营养诊断的最佳时期为拔节期。
