郑氏正骨法治疗第2～5掌骨骨折的疗效分析

Zhengshi Bone-setting Method of Treatment the Curative Effect of 2～5 Metacarpal Fracture Analysis

目的：探讨郑氏正骨手法、掌骨夹板外固定治疗2-5掌骨骨折的临床效果。方法对2010年6月至2013年9月我院收治的109例第2-5掌骨闭合性骨折患者，采取郑氏正骨手法复位，掌骨夹板外固定，辅以功能锻炼，中成药物对症治疗，定期复查随访3个月。最后回顾分析各掌骨骨折的复位效果及手掌功能恢复情况。结果109例掌骨骨折患者，通过郑氏正骨手法治疗，复位成功率达91．8%，复位后骨折移位率14．7%，手术率11．1%，手掌功能优良率达89．6%。结论郑氏正骨手法复位、掌骨夹板固定仍然是治疗掌骨骨折的有效可行方法，其复位成功率高，患者病痛少，手掌功能恢复良好。

Objective To explore the Zhengshi bone-setting techniques, metacarpal splint external fixation in the treatment of 2-5 metacarpal bone fracture clinical effect. Methods From June 2010 to September 2013, our hospital 109 cases of 2-5 metacarpal closed fracture patients, take the Zhengshi gimmick reset, metacarpal splint external fixation, complementary with functional exercise, symptomatic treatment into drugs, check regularly followed up for 3 months. Final review each metacarpal fracture reduction effect and hand function recovery. Results 109 patients with fracture of metacarpus by Zhengshi bone-setting manipulation treatment, reset the success rate was 91. 8%, and the fracture displacement after the reset rate is 14. 7%, operation rate is 11. 1%, the palm of your hand function was 89. 6%. Conclusion Zhengshi bone-setting gimmick reset, metacarpal splint fixation still is effective and feasible method of treatment of metacarpal fractures, its reduction and high success rate, less pain patients, the hand function recovered well.
